Do you deliver? And where to?
We deliver to most of Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough Counties. We may also extend to Hernando for some events. Areas beyond 20 miles of our location may carry a delivery fee- please check with us upon booking to confirm if any delivery fees will apply.
How many people will the Unit hold?
Between 3 and 8 people may be in a Bounce at one time, depending on ages. Typically, only 1 person should be on a water unit at one time. Check the instructions per rental.
Where can I set up the Unit ?
The best location will be open, flat, grass and with no overhead trees or utilities. We will use stakes on grass or sandbags on concrete to secure the unit.
How much space do I need?
The units vary in size ( see the specs for each on our info pages). You should have at least 5' of additional space. That means allowing 20' for our standard 15' by 15' Bounce.
Do I need to prepare the area?
The site should be cleared of sharp sticks, stones, animal waste and other large debris. Please turn your sprinkler system off.
Will the unit damage my lawn?
We cannot guarantee that there will be no affect on your lawn. Due to the weight of the Bounce and the depending on the length of time the bounce is in use, flattened grass is common but not permanent.
What if it rains?
Weather is very unpredictable in that it can start or stop raining at any time. If it is a downpour and forecast for heavy rain all day we would not set up and reschedule. Otherwise, we really just "play it by ear", and allow you to make a final call. If you should decide to reschedule due to fear of forecast, you must notify us ahead of time. Once we arrive, no cancellations or rescheduling will be accepted. Check our cancellation policy for more information.
Do you require a deposit?
In most cases we do not.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once a reservation and payment has been accepted, no refunds will be given. Credits will be issued in instances where weather was an issue, or a rescheduled date was requested with a minimum of 2 weeks notice.

Is it OK for children to go from the pool into the Bounce?
We recommend that children dry off before using the equipment. Too much water will cause the ramp to get slippery.
How does the unit stay inflated?
The Bounce has a fan that plugs into a standard electrical outlet. The Bounce must be placed within 100 feet of this outlet. If it is to be placed in a field or further than 100 feet of an outlet then you would need to have a generator. We can furnish this, however, we would need advance notice and there would be an additional charge.
What days and times are the units available?
Rentals are available seven days a week. Some Holidays may be excluded so please check if you are seeking a holiday booking. Rentals may be used for up to 6 hours. The six hours may fall between 9 am and 6 pm. Hours outside of the those may not be available or may carry an additional charge. Again, please confirm if you are seeking special booking hours.
